As a former window and door business owner, I worked with clients that were preparing their homes for sale, or simply investing in the long term future of their most valuable asset. As a real estate investor, I purchased, renovated, and sold close to a dozen properties of my own. Since the time I bought my first home, I made sure that I made relevant decisions that kept my investment sensible  and allowed me to make  maximum returns. I focused  my money on the things that mattered to the next home-buyer (s). In 2019, my wife and I decided to build! I worked with the builder, from start to finish, to create a functional home for our family.

With my experience, I can prepare an ironclad purchase or sales contract to protect you.
